Festival volunteers working specifically with children must provide the following additional clearances to SFMS. Both clearances are FREE, though there is a possibility you could be asked to provide a credit/debit card number.

Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance

• Visit https://www.compass.state.pa.us/CWIS/Public/Home
• Click "Create individual account"
• Provide:
  - An email address
  - Addresses of everywhere you have lived since 1975
  - Names and approximate ages of everyone you have lived with since 1975
• Print the completed clearance to paper or PDF

Pennsylvania Criminal History Record Check

• Visit https://epatch.state.pa.us
• Click "New Record Check"
• At the bottom of the next page, tick the box for a free volunteer waiver
• Complete the form
• Print the completed clearance to paper or PDF
