Door Times

Festival events begin Friday evening (7:30pm) and run through Sunday night (10:30 pm). On Saturday and Sunday, doors open at 10:30am. Specific events and times are on our festival calendar and on individual festival event pages. The box office will open two hours before festival events.

Venues

All of our events are indoors this year. We are excited to be partnering with the Appell Center for the Performing Arts at 50 N George St in downtown York, PA (corner of George and Philadelphia Streets). Ticketed concerts (evening and matinée) will be in the historic Capitol Theatre. Daytime events and evening dances will be in The Studio. Saturday afternoon jam sessions will be nearby at the York Central Market.

Accessibility

We are happy to help everyone enjoy all the festival offers. The Appell Center is accessible for folks with mobility challenges, with the exception that the balcony in the Capitol Theatre requires going up stairs. The Appell Center's website has detailed accessibility info, and their box office representatives can answer questions.

Parking

The Appell Center's website has lots of helpful parking info. York's parking garages are FREE on weekends and after 8pm Friday night, including the Philadelphia Street Garage across from the Appell Center. On-street metered parking and private pay lots are also available nearby.

Dining and Lodging

Downtown York has a fantastic selection of restaurants for quick bites or leisurely meals, an easy walk or short drive away. The Appell Center's website offers several detailed restaurant recommendations. For even more options, look at Explore York's Dine & Drink list.

The Appell Center offers concessions (a range of beverages, including alcoholic options, and a variety of bite-sized snacks), but they do not offer onsite dining, nor do they allow outside food or drinks.

York offers a wide variety of lodging options. Check the Appell Center's recommendations and Explore York's comprehensive lodging directory (which even includes campgrounds!), you're sure to find the perfect place.

Lost & Found

The Information Table staff keeps up with Lost & Found. Items left behind after the festival will be donated to local charities.

Things Frowned Upon

Please do not bring...

And please be kind: do not interfere with others' enjoyment of the festival.
