In order to pay musicians for their work — so they can pay their rent — most of our events are ticketed and limited to ticket-holders.

Ticket Levels and Fees
In response to COVID, many of our events are "admission by donation", where you can pay the suggested amount or pay what you can. Please be generous — many artists have lost most of their income during the pandemic.
If you have the means, you might consider purchasing the slightly-higher-priced "Supporter" ticket level. Ticket revenues are divided between the artist(s) and SFMS, so the extra little bit helps them and helps us.
We charge you no service fees for buying tickets, but we do pay fees. The "Supporter" level covers those fees for us!
SFMS Members enjoy discounts on non-donation-based event admissions.
